Public Comment on Draft Recommendation Statement and Draft Evidence Review: Screening for Gynecologic Conditions With Pelvic Examination

After reviewing the evidence, the Task Force concluded that there is not enough evidence to determine the benefits and harms of performing screening pelvic examinations in asymptomatic, nonpregnant adult women (I statement). The draft recommendation statement and draft evidence review are available for review and public comment from June 28, 2016 to July 25, 2016 at http://www.uspreventiveservicestaskforce.org/Page/Name/us-preventive-services-task-force-opportunities-for-public-comment.
