Final Recommendation Statement: Aspirin Use to Prevent Preeclampsia and Related Morbidity and Mortality

September 28, 2021 – The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force released today a final recommendation statement on aspirin use to prevent preeclampsia and related morbidity and mortality. The Task Force recommends low-dose aspirin for pregnant people at increased risk for preeclampsia.
